Bill Gates’ AI predictions 🧑‍🏫 

Bill Gates is predicting AI teachers will be mainstream in 18 Months.

Gates says GPT-powered apps are on track to become as good as human tutors, then start providing better-personalized feedback before they’re the go-to option for learning… and he’s confident it’ll happen in two years.

He notes that motivating students is still going to be a challenge, but the cost of education is about to fall very close to zero.

Why should you care about Bill’s takes? Gates exited Microsoft’s board a couple of years ago, but he’s been privately advising OpenAI since and has a bird’s eye view of GPT research and its best use cases. We’re paying very close attention to his intel.

They’re aiming to unveil a new iPad app, emotion tracker, and AI coaching services at the annual Worldwide Developers Conference in 6 weeks.

Prediction 🔮: Apple and (especially) other big tech giants are going to integrate an unusually high number of AI-powered tools in the coming months. Not all of them are going to stick around.
